The purpose of the research was to study and present melanchromatic lesions of the skin and their treatment aesthetically and medically. Aesthetics is a professional branch is all about the beauty of healthy skin that offers specialized treatments for pigmentation on its surface. In collaboration with the medical dermatological department and thanks to the rapid evolution of technology, invasive and non-invasive techniques have been developed for the treatment hyperpigmented areas. Melanchromatic lesions are areas with excessive concentration of melanin, a pigment that is produced by melanocytes, which are present in the basic cellular layer of the skin. Hyperpigmentations may be caused by ultraviolet light (UV), hormonal variations, skin trauma, congenital scars, as well as some illnesses and infections. Aesthetics and medicine offer specialized treatments aimed at eliminating melanin damage. Laser fractional, mesotherapy, chemical peeling, microdermabrasion with microcrystals and medication with topical or oral agents are anti-pigmented treatments onthe skin surface. They are accessible to the general public and the promise exceptional results for either aesthetic or medical treatment of this aesthetic problem.
