The skin is the largest (in size) organ of the human body. Its main function is protective. A beautiful skin makes people more attractive and acceptable than the people they associate with. A healthy skin is the mirror of a healthy body. In order to keep the skin healthy and shiny, it is essential to have a balanced diet full of proteins, vitamins and minerals. So, by eating properly and drinking large amounts of water, the skin remains healthy. The process of aging is an issue that concerns mainly women but men too. However, a healthy diet can deal with it. On the contrary, if it is not paid attention to nutrition, skin gets dry and old.
