The present research aims at exploring the views of Primary Education School Leaders after their training on the Eclass platform regarding their experience in distance learning. It also studies to what extent age affects their attitudes to obstacles and the benefits of distance learning, and digital literacy affects their perceptions of distance learning. The managers were trained on the Eclass platform. A quantitative approach was used to carry it out and for its needs a questionnaire was produced, which was sent electronically to a sample of 100 managers across Greece. Her findings have highlighted positive perceptions of online education. The younger managers are more interested in distance learning than the older ones. In fact, the former are more interested in training with rich material in the educational leadership, while the second ones are technical training with the help of the trainers. . With regard to digital literacy, the findings of the analyzes have shown that the greater PC usage experience is positively related to the perceived benefits of online learning. More experienced computer users are expected to be more receptive to online learning than less experienced.
