| heal.abstract | Η πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως στόχο την εισαγωγή του αναγνώστη στις τεχνολογίες Web, που παρέχουν καινοτόμες λύσεις για τις επιχειρήσεις. Κάνοντας μια εισαγωγή στα Συστήματα Διαχείρισης Δεδομένων, για την ανάπτυξη δυναμικών ιστοσελίδων, και αναφέροντας τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά από τις πιο επικρατέστερες πλατφόρμες. Στην συνέχεια, αναλύουμε την σημαντικότητα μιας επιχείρησης για την δημιουργία του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος και τις διαθέσιμες επιλογές που υπάρχουν, βασιζόμενοι στις πιο γνωστές πλατφόρμες ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων. Η χρήση ελεύθερων λογισμικών / λογισμικών ανοιχτού κώδικα, θα δούμε πως επηρεάζει θετικά την εξέλιξη πολύπλοκων εφαρμογών και χρησιμοποιούμε τέτοιου είδους λογισμικά για την επίτευξη της υλοποίησης. Στην συνέχεια, γίνεται μια αναλυτική εισαγωγή στα συστήματα ERP, καθώς και τα οφέλη ενός τέτοιου συστήματος για την επιχείρηση. Στο αντίστοιχο κεφάλαιο, γίνονται αναφορές για τα σημεία που θα πρέπει να προσέξει μια επιχείρηση πριν την επιλογή της κατάλληλης εφαρμογής ERP καθώς επίσης και για τον τρόπο που διαχειρίζονται τα δεδομένα αυτές οι εφαρμογές. Τέλος, οδηγούμαστε στην δημιουργία της διασύνδεσης των δύο αυτών εφαρμογών (ERP & Ηλεκτρονικό Κατάστημα), για να μειώσουμε τον εργατικό χρόνο ενημέρωσης δύο συστημάτων, αλλά και την δημιουργία αυτόματου συγχρονισμού αποθήκης και ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος με στόχο την αποφυγή του φαινομένου του Overselling. Θα δούμε αναλυτικά, τους τρόπους που έχουμε συναντήσει για την επικοινωνία δυο εφαρμογών, και θα αναλύσουμε τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα που συναντήθηκαν κατά την διάρκεια υλοποίησης αλλά και λειτουργίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main topic of this thesis, is to introduce you in to Web Technologies, that can provide innovative business solutions. Introducing to Data Management Systems for developing dynamic websites, and reporting the most relevant platforms for this case. Next, we will analyze the importance of the decision of a business to create an online store, and we will represent the most popular CMS for developing an online store. We will represent how the use of open source software affects, positively, the development of complex applications and we will use this kind of software to achieve the integration. Furthermore, we will make a detailed introduction to ERP systems, as well as the benefits that provide to the business. We will see all the points that a business should be aware, before selecting the ERP system. Finally, we are going to develop an integration between these two applications (ERP & WooCommerce Store), in purpose to reduce the working time in order to update two different systems with the same data, and to create automatic synchronization of the warehouse of a store and the e-shop. We will analyze the possible ways of data exchange that we have met, and list all the advantages and disadvantages that we came up. | en |
