The law of one price is of interest in policy-making and policy proposals in various sectors of the economy. This dissertation examines the validity of the law of one price concerning the cow's milk market in Europe. The purpose of the dissertation, is to draw conclusions through empirical analysis, which contains stationarity tests (Augmented Dickey - Fuller test), in order to confirm or reject the law of one price in the countries concerned. The countries under examination are: Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Greece. The analysis shows that the law of one price is valid in 16 through 28 pairs created
