Κατασκευή μεταφορικής ταινίας και έλεγχος με μικροελεγκτή (Bachelor thesis)

In modern industry, conveyors are widespread components that are used in automated distribution and storage. It is considered a work saving system that allows large volumes to move quickly through a process, thus allowing companies to transport and receive larger volumes with less storage space and lower labor expense. They can be used to transport the product either in a straight line or through a change in elevation and direction. The purpose of this work is to construct a conveyor and control it with a microcontroller. Through the programming environment of the microcontroller we designed a PI controller with which we finally achieve the speed and position control of objects on the conveyor by controlling the DC motors and with the use of proximity sensors, the sorting and counting of objects.
