This paper will develop three chapters. The first chapter emphasizes the way the site is created, the processes that was followed before the establishment of and the choice of code. In consultation with the teacher, there were various programs like Wordpress and Joomla, but HTML code was preferred for the reason that is more demanding and that is a challenge, because it was the first time dealing with this type of programming. It will present the layout created before drafting the work, which serves to guide the way and the order to be followed. Also, before the creation of the site, was a material collection which would be used as both a content and for the enrichment of a CSS and images. It was felt that it is important first to introduce material relating to historical data of the Municipality of Pilea, since this is the main part of the work and later be fitted the other in random order on the ground that all have the same degree value. Then in the second chapter, there will be a presentation of the HTML code, the way it operates, the degree of difficulty and the way created any website from the beginning to the end. Additionally, in the third chapter, there will be a presentation of the most important contents of the work. Finally, in the conclusions, the difficulties encountered in the creation of the site, and the impressions gained by browsing various site that said the Pylea, reading books and articles on this and on tour in this area will be reported as the necessary knowledge needed to create the site.
