Vocational training is generally defined as part of the vocational training that provides the specialized professional knowledge and skills that give professional competence to the trainee and is the focus of any vocational training program. Vocational training can be considered as an activity or set of activities designed to convey theoretical knowledge and professional skills required for certain forms of work. In recent decades, lifelong learning has attracted a lot of attention and is a concept that is often at the forefront of education policy. In order to provide professional and practical skills, it is necessary to establish methods and procedures to provide a clear and transparent structure in order to create transparency and trust in the education market as well as in lifelong learning. The research examined the relationship among educational experiences of adult learners and their level of satisfaction with their educational experience, taking into account their different demographic variables (age, gender, marital status, income). The purpose of the research was to examine whether the selected variables (age, gender, marital status, income) affect the perception of adult learners about the educational experience they received at the IEK of Monastiriou. The 58 people who participated in this study were selected from the winter semester of the school year 2017-2018. The research tool measured their perception of the education they receive taking into consideration twelve different aspects of teaching. The results showed that the variables examined had an impact only on some aspects of the learners' perceptions of the teaching. Findings are particularly important as VET and general adult vocational training institutions need to have a credible picture of how their pupils perceive their educational experience. The present study has shown that educational institutions need to understand the individual needs of trainees and their specific characteristics in order to provide an educational experience that meets their needs and aspirations VET and lifelong learning for adults should make the most of meeting the needs of lifelong learning. Emphasis should be placed on the exploration, accreditation and recognition of learning in advance to improve opportunities for lifelong learning. Adult education should cover all types of learning, including in-house training, work-based learning as well as continuing education and self-confidence, and should be equally accessible to both women and men
