Αποτελεσματικές μέθοδοι διδασκαλίας στις διάφορες βαθμίδες εκπαίδευσης (Master thesis)

Μανώλα, Θεοδώρα

This paper focuses on some theoretical elements of pedagogy, such as teaching methods and techniques, and outlines the most well-known among them. Visual aids as well as traditional and alternative ways of teaching are being examined for their positive and negative aspects. Furthermore, the survey conducted is a content analysis based on previous surveys which have tested the results of various alternative teaching techniques –mostly team working, projects and experience teaching - in all grades of education. Also, surveys about technology in school and the views of students on the teaching methods are included. Taking all the surveys we examined into consideration, it is evident that alternative teaching techniques were beneficial to the students and moreover, the students seemed to be more invested in them. The main factors which contributed to this success were the vast use of visual aids and the experiences and team working which inspired the students.
