Τhe development of any industry occurs the need for creating more regulations, so that businesses be viable and capable to function correctly. Accredited, the aviation industry, during the recent decades, has blossomed rapidly with more and more people choosing this industry as a means of transportation. According to the above paragraph, established organizations, who cooperate with government agencies, establish and implement laws, which are designed to protect the traveling public, airlines, government (or not) facilities and generally anything related to aviation. Success for ensuring the integrity of the passengers and all stakeholders, who are involved in the industry, is via application of laws. All these who are involved, have the responsibility to be familiar with the procedures in order to be able to implement and properly inform their potential passengers. This paper attempts to enlighten the reader about their rights and the procedures, which must comply, whether passenger or worker.
