This diploma thesis explores the processes of human resources management. For the multifaceted development of the topic, information was used both from the Greek and foreign literature and from the research I conducted in the Chartered Accountants com-pany that I did my internship. My research targets were two. The first objective was to examine the personnel management policies implemented by the company's HRM de-partment and the second objective the existence of connectivity of these policies with parameters of the basic functions of human resources management. It was also my wish that the survey should be conducted with questionnaires for the opinion of both the executives of the HRM and the employees. The results of the survey show that the answers are true as there is a link between the majority responses given by employees to those of the HRM executives to similar questions of the questionnaires. In addition to finding the implementation of effective methods of human resource management by the company's HRM department, quite satisfied with these policies the employees are shown to a high percentage. Something that the executives of the HRM seem to know, since in the question "How satisfied do you think employees are from the human re-sources management policies that your department implements?" at 100% replied "Quite" and "Very" Satisfied. In conclusion, therefore, that when there is proper man-agement of human resources by a division of IPR in one company, the workers acknowledge this and are satisfied. Finally, it is important to influence the procedures of the HRM on the high efficiency of workers and partly to achieve the objectives of the operation.
