heal.abstract	Η παρούσα πτυχιακή διατριβή αναφέρεται στην Βιολογική και Συμβατική καλλιέργεια της ελιάς στο Νομό Φθιώτιδας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται αναφορά στους ορισμούς της Βιολογικής και Συμβατικής καλλιέργειας, στα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα της μιας έναντι της άλλης, καθώς και στους στόχους τους και στης Νομοθεσίες που τις διέπουν. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, αναφέρεται αναλυτικά η ιστορία της ελιάς από αρχαιοτάτων χρόνων, καθώς και τα βοτανολογικά της χαρακτηριστικά. Επίσης αναφέρονται μερικές ελληνικές ποικιλίες της ελιάς από το Νομό Φθιώτιδας. Στην συνέχεια, στο τρίτο και τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, περιγράφονται οι Εδαφοκλιματικές απαιτήσεις και οι καλλιεργητικές πρακτικές της ελιάς ( Εγκατάσταση, Κλάδεμα, Πολλαπλασιασμοί, Λίπανση, Συγκομιδή κ.α.). Παρακάτω, στο πέμπτο και έκτο κεφάλαιο, περιγράφονται διάφοροι εχθροί, ασθένειες και ζιζάνια, καθώς και οι τρόποι καταπολέμησής τους. Τέλος, γίνεται περιγραφή των ελαιοτριβείων και του τρόπου εξαγωγής του ελαιόλαδου, ακόμη αναφέρονται αναλυτικά τα κριτήρια ποιότητας των ελαιόλαδων.	el
heal.abstract	This thesis deals with the Organic and Conventional olive cultivation in Fthiotida Prefecture. In the first chapter, reference is made to the definitions of Organic and Conventional cultivation, their advantages and disadvantages against each other, as well as their objectives and the Legislation governing them. The second chapter describes in detail the history of the olive tree from ancient times, as well as its botanical characteristics. Also mentioned are some Greek olive varieties from Fthiotida Prefecture. Then, in the third and fourth chapters, we describe the soil climatic requirements and olive cultivation practices (Planting, Pruning, Propagation, Fertilization, Harvesting, etc.). Below, in the fifth and sixth chapters, we describe various enemies, diseases and weeds, as well as ways to combat them. Finally, the mills are described and the way in which the olive oil is extracted, the quality criteria of the olive oils are still detailed.	en
