| heal.abstract | Η παραγωγή ροδάκινων έχει ιδιαίτερη σημασία για τους αγρότες, τους καταναλωτές αλλά και την αγροτική οικονομία. Εν προκειμένω, η μελέτη επικεντρώνεται, τόσο σε θεωρητικό όσο και σε εμπειρικό επίπεδο, στην πρόθεση των Ελλήνων παραγωγών ροδάκινου ώστε να εφαρμόσουν Συστήματα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας. Σε αρχικό στάδιο, για την επίτευξη του στόχου της έρευνας, πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας γύρω από τα Συστήματα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας, και ειδικότερα στον αγροτικό τομέα παραγωγής του ροδάκινου μέσω της αναδίφησης της διεθνούς και ελληνικής ακαδημαϊκής αρθρογραφίας. Ακολούθως, για τη διεξαγωγή της μελέτης σε εμπειρικό επίπεδο, συντάχθηκε σχετικό -για το σκοπό- αυτό δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο, το οποίο διενεμήθη με ηλεκτρονική μορφή σε αντιπροσωπευτικό τυχαίο δείγμα παραγωγών ροδάκινου στην Ελλάδα. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε από τον Νοέμβριο του 2018 μέχρι τον Ιανουάριο του 2019. Ακολούθησε η ανάλυση των δεδομένων με την χρήση του προγράμματος SPSS 24. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, κατέδειξαν ότι οι παραγωγοί έχουν ισχυρή πρόθεση να εφαρμόσουν κάποιο σύστημα διασφάλισης ποιότητας τα επόμενα πέντε έτη. Επίσης, εντοπίζουν στα οφέλη των πιστοποιητικών την αύξηση της τιμής και του πελατολογίου. Ταυτόχρονα αποτρεπτικός παράγοντας για την εφαρμογή πιστοποιητικών ποιότητας είναι η υπερβολική γραφειοκρατία. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main purpose of the present thesis is to focus the peaches due to their high nutritional value for consumers and their substantial export dynamics and thus their contribution to the Greek economy. In this regard, the study focuses, both theoretically and empirically, on the intention of Greek peaches producers to implement Quality Management Systems. At an early stage, in order to achieve the aim of the survey, a review of the literature on Quality Management Systems was carried out, especially in the farming sector through the discovery of international and Greek academic articles. Subsequently, for the purpose of conducting the study at the empirical level, a relevant self-reported questionnaire was prepared, which was distributed electronically on a representative random sample of peach producers in Greece. The survey was conducted from November 2018 to January 2019. The data analysis was followed using the SPSS 24 program. The results of the survey, following the analysis of the sample, have shown that producers have a strong intention to apply a quality certificate over the next five years. They also identify the benefits of certificates with the increase in price and clientele. At the same time, a deterrent to applying quality certificates is excessive bureaucracy. | en |
