Τα ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα που εκπονήθηκαν στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση στην Ελλάδα από το 1981 μέχρι σήμερα (Master thesis)

The aim of this study is to focus on the educational policies the European Union has pursued from 1981 until today, the way these policies affected the educational reforms which took place in our country, with an ultimate purpose to emphasize on the values and ideals of the European educational policies as they have been promoted through European programs in all levels of education and mainly, through the two most significant programs which have been carried out in Primary Education in Greece.
Emphasis is placed on how the evolution of education has been shaped, since 1981, through exchange and educational programs and eventually, how education has been connected - depending on the demands of the eras – to the economy, the society, the quality, the research and lifelong learning so as to succeed in accomplishing the development of a single, common European identity, of respect towards “the different”, of faith in the human values of freedom, democracy, equality and solidarity. Among all these, the role of the teacher is of vital importance in promoting the abovementioned values.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει τις εκπαιδευτικές πολιτικές που ακολούθησε η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση από το 1981 μέχρι σήμερα, τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι πολιτικές αυτές επηρέασαν τις εκπαιδευτικές μεταρρυθμίσεις που έγιναν στη χώρα μας, με απώτερο σκοπό να δοθεί έμφαση στις αξίες και τα ιδεώδη της Ευρωπαϊκής εκπαιδευτικής πολιτικής όπως αυτά προωθήθηκαν μέσα από τα Ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα σε όλες τις βαθμίδες εκπαίδευσης και κυρίως στα δύο σημαντικότερα που εκπονήθηκαν στην Πρωτοβάθμια Εκπαίδευση στη χώρα μας.
Δίνεται έμφαση στο πώς, από το 1981 μέχρι σήμερα, διαμορφώνεται η εξέλιξη της εκπαίδευσης μέσα από προγράμματα ανταλλαγής και επιμόρφωσης, και τελικά συνδέεται σταδιακά – ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της κάθε εποχής - με την οικονομία, την κοινωνία, την ποιότητα, την καινοτομία, την έρευνα και την Δια βίου μάθηση ώστε να μπορεί μέσα από τα προγράμματα αυτά να επιτευχθεί η ανάπτυξη μιας ενιαίας ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας, ο σεβασμός στη διαφορετικότητα, η πίστη στις πανανθρώπινες αξίες της ελευθερίας, της δημοκρατίας, της ισότητας και της αλληλεγγύης. Μεταξύ όλων, ο ρόλος του εκπαιδευτικού είναι ζωτικής σημασίας στην προαγωγή των παραπάνω αξιών.
