The current study involves the analysis and comparison of the educational administration in the educational systems in Greece and Finland. It is based on references and focuses on the following topics: structure of the educational system, educational reforms, investment in education, and countries' position in the evaluation PISA 2018.This will be done by review of academic sources and presentation of the current situation both in Greece and Finland today so as to make any further comparison possible. The first chapter covers the purpose and research questions of this work. The second chapter presents the theoretical framework of the work with the basic terms studied in the present work being interpreted conceptually. The third chapter includes the methodology for collecting the data as well as how it is presented in the work. Moreover, the fourth chapter of the work lists the main characteristics of demographics, each with a brief reference to both the political and economic situation of the countries. The fifth chapter of the study presents respectively the educational systems of Greece and Finland, starting with the structure of the educational systems and concluding with the way they heir educators in schools. Furthermore, the sixth chapter covers the educational reforms that have taken place in Greece and Finland. The seventh chapter deals with the financing of each country respectively while chapter eight contains the conclusions on the positions taken by Greece and Finland in the PISA competition in 2015 and the European Union recommendations for those two countries. Finally, in the ninth chapter the study presents the comparison between the educational administration of the educational systems ending into conclusions.
