Burnout is a phenomenon that is more or less paid to workers. Teachers are a category of workers where Burnout Syndrome often makes them. The symptoms of work-related burnout are many and manifested differently in each worker. As a research gap has been identified in the bibliography regarding the labor exhaustion of teachers working in the EDIC, the subject of this diploma thesis was selected. A quantitative survey was carried out on a sample of 100 teachers that working in EDIC, using a questionnaire. The results of the survey showed that teachers do not have a lot of work-related exhaustion from their educational work. However, the problems of organizing the EDIC hamper the work of teachers.
