Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is the most common neurosurgical disorder of childhood. Appears in infancy and follows the person throughout his life with symptoms such as lack of attention, impulsivity, allegiance behavior, and so on. Which are stronger in childhood. The sufferer faces integration problems in any social area and learning and professional difficulties. Timely and valid diagnosis and treatment can mitigate the effects and help the patient develop a well-established personality. The role of the family and the school is crucial to the success of this venture, and their sincere collaboration preaches its success, based on all scientific research. This paper attempts to present modern scientific trends on the role and importance of teacher and parental cooperation in the life of pupils and especially students with learning difficulties and on the other hand to explore the views of teachers teaching in the country's Gymnasiums form and the problems of such cooperation. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems and their causes and to make suggestions for improving the above relations and future research efforts for the use of the stakeholders. The survey conducted was Qualitative and Quantitative and followed the Sampling Method "Sampling Clusters". The sample consisted of 100 structured questionnaires processed with the SPSS v statistical bulletin. 25. The research has led to the following interesting conclusions that justify its elaboration and, in comparison to the findings of modern research, confirm its credibility: Collaboration between parents and teachers of ADHD students is a factor of paramount importance for pupils' school progress, acceptance of the problem by parents, and improvement of the overall school climate and the relationships between the pupils involved in the school process. However, inadequate knowledge, refusal of the problem and abandonment of parents as the pupil advances to higher education levels is an inhibiting factor in co-operation, but can be improved by frequent planned contacts, providing clear explanations and creating a welcoming environment school. As a future research effort, it is proposed to extend research to explore the attitudes and views of the parents of ADHD students attending Gymnasium on their cooperation with their children's teachers
