Prοject management provides multiple benefits for business companies. In recent years, the rapid development of internet and technology has enabled many projects to be managed electronically. Users and managers now have easy access to the system and relevant information about their projects and progress made on them. The majority of companies use project management solutions in order to create, manage and otherwise collaborate on projects, issues and features with their teams. All these actions can be managed by web applications. Such applications might be freely available on the web. These applications living on the web are called ``Web Applications'' and are usually created with tools or languages specifically created to cater the needs of the web platform. Examples of popular languages used in that regard include (but are not limited to)PHP, ASP.NET and JSF. In the last section of the text there is an introduction about a web-based project management system called TMWProject. In that section there is a brief description of the app which in association with the screenshots will be easier to present and be understood. TMWProject is mainly powered by JSF which is a server-side programming language for the web(meaning it runs on the servers doing the processing not the browsing client that views the app). This language was created by the Java Community Process (JCP), a group of important drivers of technology such as Sun Microsystems and IBM together with well known experts in the industry of Java topics and the Web.
