Parents' involvement in school, irrespective of other practices applied at home, has been found to affect the academic performance of children. Parents play a pivotal role in fostering the educational development of their children. They provide financial and emotional support, motivate and promote their children's studies by encouraging their achievements. For parents, parents are the main educational partners, as they help to develop students' full academic abilities by keeping a watchful eye on the quality of the lessons delivered and the teaching activities taking place in the school. Globally, increasing or improving the way in which education is involved has been the main subject of training policies. In order for a parent to establish a positive relationship with the school, to improve the child's academic performance, appropriate conditions should be created by the state to facilitate both parties.
