The subject of this postgraduate diploma thesis is: «The Contribution of Internal Marketing Methods / Principles to Teachers’ Performance» and is analyzed as follows: In Chapter 1: «Introduction», general evidence, the theoretical and ethical context, the purpose, the method, the structure and the bibliographic research of the subject are presented. In Chapter 2, «Marketing, Internal Marketing and Strategic Marketing Planning», general elements are presented, conceptual terms, key marketing features, internal marketing, the importance of marketing planning in the school unit, and how to develop it Strategic Planning / Marketing (strategic plan features, concept of vision, exploration of the present mission statement, swot analysis, statement of the purpose of the school, strategy formulation, Evelopment strategies). In Chapter 3: «Functioning of the educational process», the overall quality and education, the autonomy of the educational process, the role of education and learning, the performance of teachers, the evaluation as a pedagogical act, and finally the various methods of teaching are analyzed. In Chapter 4, «Implementation of Principles - Marketing Methods in Teachers’ Performance», general elements, services marketing and educational process (educational effectiveness, effective educational unit) and finally efficiency - school efficiency is outlined. In chapter 5: «research elements», general elements are presented, the definition of the research goal, the method of research, the analysis of the data / elements and finally the limitations of the primary research. In chapter 6, «analysis of research results», is found the method of finding / testing the reliability of the survey questionnaire, the socio-demographic and the degree of satisfaction of the sample from the provided educational environment of the respondent teachers’ school unit. In the 7th and final chapter: «Conclusions - proposals», the findings of the bibliographic and primary field research are presented for the contribution of the internal marketing methods / principles to the performance of teachers.
