This paper addresses the challenge of introducing innovative actions into a School unit in which teachers decide whether to adopt it. The aim is to highlight the introduction of innovations in elementary school with an emphasis on Health Education programs. The content of the work is addressed to Primary Education educators dealing with the subject of Health Education and through two Case Studies we will see the introduction of two innovative all-day programs based on Diversity, Emotions and Behavior. Health Education in Schools is institutionalized for both levels of education: "Primary and Secondary Education schools are implementing Health Education programs that are part of the timetables and curricula of these schools and include the taught analytical material and related activities ... ". These innovative educational actions are also proposed as an important part of the primary and secondary education program aimed at promoting and integrating new approaches to teaching and learning, improving educational outcomes and, ultimately, better preparing students for their integration into knowledge society.
