Nutritional supplements are formulated with one or more natural substances that are intended to achieve a specific purpose for the health performance concerned. We can find them as a pill, capsule, syrup, effervescent tablets, powder or as a chewing gum. The purpose of this research is to detect the needs of people in food supplements and how they make their choice in the final product. Our sample concerning 1200 people. 400 from the region of Thessaloniki, 400 from the region of Pella and 400 from the region of Viotia. Participants answered a questionnaire on their views on supplements if they use some and how they have been helped or if you noticed the change they wanted. The survey did not take part minors and participants answered without guidance. The survey results were statistically analyzed and assigned to the 3rd and last part with graphs.
