Βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση της τεχνολογίας των ολογραμμάτων (Bachelor thesis)

In the particular thesis, a bibliographic review of hologram technology is carried out. More specifically the topics that will be presented are the following:  the concepts of holography and holograms, concepts that are usually confused with holography but they are not part of it  the process that is followed for their creation  Τhe importance of holography in everyday life, through its applications, giving real examples for an easier understanding Afterword, a review of the appliances that are available on market and are used for displaying holograms will be made. More specifically, the features of each device will be presented in detail, their main use and in some cases, a brief mention of the characteristics of the company that distributes them will also be made. Likewise, there will be an effort to compare these devices, according to their specific characteristics, based mainly on their basic usage. Last but not least, in the last part of the thesis, an attempt will be made to review the frameworks, SDK and API that are available for hologram creation. After an extensive internet research, some SDK and API distributed by companies, which produce holographic content devices to their customers will be presented. Furthermore, a brief presentation of software which is used globally for the 3D content creation be attempted.
