The use of ICT in the educational process has become increasingly active in recent years. With this work, an initial attempt is made to capture the views of teachers on whether schools promote creative thinking in preschool children. Also, the use of ICT in the educational system is studied and whether teachers are familiar with their use. Finally, the view of pre-school teachers about the use of ICT in teaching is fostering the development of children's creative thinking. The purpose of the research is to explore teachers' views on the use of ICT in preschool children and whether their use promotes creative thinking. The sample consisted of 155 teachers from pre-school education, kindergardens and nurseries from kindergardens and nurseries all over Greece. The selection was randomized and the research tool used was the questionnaire, distributed to all participants electronically. The results gathered highlighted the positive nature of pre-school education, the willingness to train and generally accept the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a very important tool in teaching. There is a degree of skepticism and a lack of organization in most of the school units, but the positive attitude of the teachers involved is a significant hope for radical changes in the field of education, to integrate new technologies with the aim always of cultivating creative thinking and creativity from pre-school age.
