The purpose of this paper is to study the organization, management and evaluation of Work - based learning approaches (WBL) in the subject of Physiotherapy in Vocational educational system. Learning through work (WBL) is a way of learning that seeks to fill the gap in terms of training and skills that are becoming increasingly demanded by employers. Firstly, the concept of learning through work and the various forms it can take is analyzed. Reference is made to the benefits of its implementation as well as its significant pedagogical value. Next, the results of the survey of 151 teachers on his views on the organization, management and evaluation of WBL approaches are presented. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire and was conducted between January and February 2019. The results of the research have shown that WBL approaches are considered to be an ideal way of linking theory and practice, as well as a means of developing a variety of skills and competences facilitating graduates in the labor transition. In particular, research has shown that they are approaches with significant pedagogical value, promoting skills in both the practical part and the as well as in the development of knowledge, skills and services. In Europe 2020, "Work based learning" approaches can be a key part of the «puzzles» of education and training.
