Nowadays, due to the rapid development of technology, businesses must maintain and grow constantly by seeking modern solutions t. Marketing and its tools, such as social networks that are the most widespread, when managed correctly, are a very important factor in the sustainability of modern businesses, as it enables them,, to promote both business and products to attract new customers and to enter new markets. Businesses and organizations today have to face an environment that is competitive and constantly changing. So, companies apply strategies and adapt to new conditions. The strategy and the tools of marketing are the way in which companies adapt efficiently to new data. In addition, the development of electronic media and marketing strategies facilitates and expedites these processes more quickly. Among the companies that implement new marketing strategies are private schools. With the new ways they develop, they are able to come in with the people who choose to study private education. In this diploma thesis we will analyze the marketing strategies used to optimize the operation of private schools, the use of marketing by enterprises related to the education sector, and finally we will present the results of the research that has been carried out concerning the use of marketing strategies from private schools across Greece and their employees' view of marketing philosophy. The thesis is based on both Greek and foreign language articles of the printed and electronic press, bibliographic sources, official business websites and research carried out by other colleagues.
