Recording views and/or opinions effectively on any subject of interest, has always been a complex task due to the diversity of the underling perceptions and the respective intellectual abilities of the subjects involved in the process. The process of recording views becomes more complex when we deal with multiparametric topics such as quality assessment in private education. The general methodological framework adopted in this work, targets in the precise usage of a clear and comprehensive language. We consider that this target is accomplished to a great extent despite the standard complexity encountered when transforming thoughts/opinions into numbers with purpose to analyze them by extracting all the relevant information that covers almost all qualitative aspects of the private education. In this study, we attempt to identify the attributes and the characteristics of the qualitative education by creating a questionnaire with questions-statement that illustrate a clear content, without leaving room for misinterpretation or confusion to the sample units with the ultimate purpose of drawing meaningful conclusions and minimizing measurement errors. The units are asked if agree with a set of statements concerning key qualitative characteristics such as Concept, Objectives, Prerequisites, Factors, Obstacles, Evaluation and Results of the existing educational process. We should emphasize that the collected sample consist of executive staff members coming from a large private educational organization and consequently any inference to the population should be done with caution.
