This study which was conducted in the framework of a dissertation on the subject: "Biological cultivation of olive oil and vineyard in the Viotia Area", includes the recording of these crops in a biological way. Specifically, we develop the way in which we can cultivate or install organic crops such as olive and vines. The purpose of the study is, for each disease, to make a detailed report on the symptoms it causes, on the conditions under which its is created, as well as on the biological way of dealing with them.
