Σχεδίαση και κατασκευή μικρού PLC με 8 ψηφιακές και 2 αναλογικές εισόδους και 8 ψηφιακές εξόδους (Bachelor thesis)

Δράμαλης, Σωτήριος

The programmable logic controller is an electronic device which is based in a microprocessor and with the suitable adjustment can be used for automated operations. The classic electrical panel with the relays had to be replaced and the PLC was designed to cover that need of replacement. The cause of this thesis is the design and the construction of a PLC with 8 inputs (8D /2 A) and 8 digital outputs. In the beginning there is a presentation of the PLC ‘s structure as the big industrials provide it to us. Then based in this structure we will design step by step our PLC with materials of our owns . Specific considered: 1. Advantages/ disadvantages PLC 2. structure PLC 3. Modules input/output 4. Circuit analysis 5. Analysis of the materials 6. Conclusions-improvements
