This study deals with the relationships between teacher and their leadership in a school during the present economic recession. The aim of this study is to locate the special characteristics of this relationship and the economic crisis’ affection to them. The sample of the study included 228 teachers (106 male and 122 female, 108 from secondary and 120 from primary education), who responded to a questionnaire of 15 questions-variables, relatively to the relationships between teacher and their leadership and how these are perceivable during daily work. Factor analysis od the questionnaire followed. The extraction method was Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with orthogonal rotation Varimax (Varimax Rotation Method). Finally, the initial variables were grouped into three factors with high validity (validity checked with Cronbach a). Finally, cluster analysis was done for the extracted factors from the previous step. According to the findings of the present research there was high percentage of aggrement for the facts that staff make hard effort in order to respond in leadership’ demands, that there is cooperation under common goals and that whole procedure is systematically controlled. There was a neutral position according to the rest of the variables.
