This thesis titled "Import-Export Confectionery" aims to present the pastry making industries, emphasized on goods imported and exported to the European Union, but also knowing the companies that import-export confectionery. The particular study presents the development of the confectionery sector while also refers to the data on food-drink industry in Greece. The literature review continues with the presentation of the structure and the market structure of the pastry-making industry along with a report of the structural elements of the entire food industry and a highlight of the leading companies operating in the confectionery sector. There follows a presentation of exports of the confectionery market and particularly of exports is the European Union, for the products produced, such as cakes, chocolate products and finest pastries. The last part of the review refers to the exports and imports of all the products that mentioned. The particular study also contains a conducting research on the ION.AE company, through questionnaires and statistical analysis of the results, which is completed with the presentation of the results drawn from the research process.
