Cerebral palsy defines a group of disorders for various explanations which generally affect kinetic centres and the centres of kinetic control.Therapy for CP relies generally on physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The basic principles of which a programme of physiotherapy relies on are: a) the exercise used has to be originated from the analysis of natural movement, b) to control the prevention of pathological reflexology and the easing of normal kinetic patterns to be centrally used, c) the movement in which emphasis is placed on is the turning of the torso, d) the support of both protection and stability reaction. The methods used during the intervention of physiotherapy are: biofeedback, therapeutic swimming, hippotherapy, the Therasuit method, the method of N.D.T, specific physical treatment, strengthening programmes by training on the treadmill with sorne weight support Locomat and adeli boby suit.
