| heal.abstract | Από τα παλαιά έως και τα σύγχρονα χρόνια το επάγγελμα του νοσηλευτή/ νοσηλεύτριας κρίνεται αναγκαίο για την φροντίδα των ασθενών. Είναι ένα επάγγελμα μείζονος σημασίας και απαραίτητο στο χώρο της υγείας. Γενικά, η νοσηλευτική είναι η επιστήμη που ασχολείται με την καθημερινή φροντίδα των ασθενώνμε σκοπό τηπρόληψη, τη διατήρηση και την αποκατάσταση της υγείας αυτών. Ο νοσηλευτής ή η νοσηλεύτρια συνεργάζεται στενά με τον θεράποντα γιατρό και υποχρεούται να ακολουθήσει τις οδηγίες. Επιπλέον ο νοσηλευτής/ νοσηλεύτρια μπορεί να ασχολείται από την απλή χορήγηση φαρμακευτικής αγωγής και τηδιαλογή ασθενών, μέχρι παροχή βοήθειας στον ιατρό, κατά την αντιμετώπιση σοβαρών τραυμάτων ή χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων. Επομένως, ένας νοσηλευτής απαιτείται να έχει παιδεία όχι μόνο με τη στενή έννοια της θεωρητικής και τεχνικής κατάρτισης αλλά και μια γενικότερη καλλιέργεια, μια ποιότητα ψυχής, για να μπορέσει να αποδώσει σωστά το ρόλο του και να βοηθήσει τον ασθενή ή τους ασθενείς που είναι υπό την εποπτεία του. Σε συνδυασμό πάντα με την άριστη νοσηλευτική εκπαίδευση, τη σοβαρότητα, τη σταθερότητα, την ακρίβεια, την παρατηρητικότητα, την επικοινωνία, την πείρα, την ευσυνειδησία που πρέπει να τον διακρίνουν, μα πάνω από όλα την άμετρη αγάπη προς τον ασθενή,είναι τα όπλα που πρέπει να έχει ένας καλός νοσηλευτής για να φέρει εις πέρας το δύσκολο έργο. | el |
