This thesis is about how e-Learning assistance can be introduced using interactive software for the purposes of Digital Signal Processing course. E-Learning is developed through a support application at the platform of moodle based on the Digital Signal Processing laboratory exercises and how is this helpful. There is an analysis of the types and the characteristics of e-Learning and how does this change through years. The pedagogical principles of e-learning management systems and the introduction of information and communication technologies in education are mentioned in this thesis, so are advantages and disadvantages as far as the student and the teacher is concerned. The practical part of this thesis is about developing 7 quizzes, which are based on the Digital Signal Processing lecture notes, according to the updated course curriculum. The results of using a quiz by a sample of the current class are presented and discussed. A brief discussion about future research is also included.
