Έλεγχος κινητήρα συνεχούς ρεύματος με διατάξεις ηλεκτρονικών ισχύος (Bachelor thesis)

Ασημακόπουλος, Αλέξανδρος

These days, the DC motors play a vital role in the industry. But in order to have an exact result in every implementation we must be able to have full control over them. The purpose of this thesis is to control a DC motor via a microcontroller that will reinforce its signal through a voltage converter. One of the methods that is widely known is by using a specified range pulse (PWM). The produced signal from the above method will be multiplied about ten times to be able to drive a DC motor with 1kW power. Through the electronic platform of the microcontroller we will be able to control the duty circle of the produced wave form as well as the current frequency. This control will be achieved manually, through two adjustable potentiometers that operate as inputs to the electronic platform of the microcontroller. In this particular thesis, a magnetic field sensor is used in addition, measuring the engine speed in order to achieve better control.
