| heal.abstract | Ενώ η εγκυμοσύνη αποτελεί ένα φυσιολογικό γεγονός που περιλαμβάνει γνωστές αλλαγές στον πηκτικό μηχανισμό της εγκύου, δεν είναι άγνωστες οι περιπτώσεις παθήσεων που προκαλούν βλάβες στον μηχανισμό αυτό κατά την περίοδο της κύησης, του τοκετού και της λοχείας, με επακόλουθο την αιμορραγική διάθεση από τη μητέρα και το νεογνό. Η παρούσα εργασία επιχειρεί να σκιαγραφήσει αυτές τις ειδικές ανωμαλίες και με το εργαλείο της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης να καταγράψει τις επιστημονικά αποδεκτές μεθόδους αντιμετώπισης και φροντίδας τέτοιων περιπτώσεων ιδιαίτερα κατά την περίοδο της κύησης, του τοκετού και της λοχείας, καθώς και τη φροντίδα του νεογνού. | heal.abstract | Pregnancy is a natural condition that causes normal changes in the physiology of the pregnant woman, including changes to the coagulation system. The process of haemostasis is complex and is further complicated in the parturient because of the physiological changes of pregnancy. There are diseases that cause bleeding disorders during antenatal, at birth and postnatal period. The objective of this study is to guide diagnosis and management of patients with bleeding disorders. This study attempts to highlight those specific defects and provide scientifically accepted methods of treating and care of such cases during pregnancy, at birth and postnatal period.
