Ο ρόλος των κοινωνικών συνεταιριστικών επιχειρήσεων στη σύγχρονη ελληνική οικονομία (Bachelor thesis)

The subject of this project is the Social Cooperative Enterprises, their role in the modern economy as well as to track down the possible problems they face.
This writing consists of six chapters and at the end is set out as an annex the law of Social Cooperative Enterprises in Greece.
Firstly, the first (1) chapter , refers to Social Economy and Social Economy Organizations. Subsequently, the second (2) chapter , due to the fact that Social Cooperative Enterprises are enterprises, is analyzed the definition of the enterprise and discrimination of enterprise. Instantly, the third (3) chapter, refers to the turn of enterprises to corporate responsibility, pros and cons of corporate responsibility, but also the principles of social enterprises. Moving forward, in the fourth (4) chapter, an extensive reference is made of for cooperatives, the purposes of them and their principles. Then, the five (5) chapter, consists of all the remaining information about social cooperative enterprises, the benefits of their establishment, but also the obstacles to their development in Greece. Finally, in the six (6) chapter, some studies are being done, for some social cooperative enterprises.

| Abstract: | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι οι κοινωνικές συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις, ο ρόλος αυτών στην σύγχρονη οικονομία, καθώς και ο εντοπισμός των προβλημάτων που αντιμετωπίζουν.
Το σύγγραμμα απαρτίζεται από 6 κεφάλαια, ενώ στο τέλος παρατίθεται σαν παράρτημα ο νόμος των κοινωνικών συνεταιριστικών επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα.
Αρχικά στο πρώτο (1) κεφάλαιο, γίνεται αναφορά στην Κοινωνική Οικονομία και στους οργανισμούς της Κοινωνικής Οικονομίας. Στη συνέχεια, στο δεύτερο (2) κεφάλαιο, λόγω του ότι οι κοινωνικές συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις είναι πρώτα από όλα επιχειρήσεις, αναλύεται ο ορισμός της επιχείρησης και οι διακρίσεις αυτής. Έπειτα, το τρίτο (3) κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη στροφή των επιχειρήσεων στην εταιρική κοινωνική ευθύνη, τα υπέρ, τα κατά της αλλά και τις αρχές των κοινωνικών επιχειρήσεων. Προχωρώντας στο τέταρτο (4) κεφάλαιο, γίνεται εκτενείς αναφορά στους συνεταιρισμούς, τους σκοπούς αυτών και οι αρχές τους. Έπειτα στο πέμπτο (5) κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζονται όλες οι πληροφορίες που αφορούν τις κοινωνικές συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις, τα χαρακτηριστικά τους, τα ωφέλει ίδρυσης αυτών, αλλά και τα εμπόδια ανάπτυξης αυτών στην Ελλάδα. Τέλος, στο έκτο (6) κεφάλαιο, γίνονται κάποιες μελέτες, πάνω σε διάφορες κοινωνικές συνεταιριστικές επιχειρήσεις της χώρας μας.
