Αγοραστικό ενδιαφέρον καταναλωτών για τα βιολογικά φρούτα (Bachelor thesis)

The present project was carried out as a thesis of ATEI of Thessaloniki. Firstly, there is a reference to the biological farming and biological fruits, to the role and the importance they have for the life of the consumer, as well as the inspection and the certifications that they undergo for ensuring the consumer.
In the next chapter, there is an analysis of the consumer's behavior, the factors they influence it as well as the situation that prevails in the Greek and international market of the biological products.
In the last chapter, there is a survey on the consumer's buying interest for biological fruit. A questionnaire is carried out from which necessary conclusions arise for all those who would like to have a more integrated knowledge of the situation that has been configurated for biological fruit in the Greek market.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε στα πλαίσια εκπόνησης της πτυχιακής εργασίας του ΑΤΕΙ Θεσσαλονίκης.
Αρχικά γίνεται μία αναφορά στη βιολογική γεωργία και στα βιολογικά φρούτα. Στον ρόλο και την σημαντικότητα που κατέχουν στην ζωή του καταναλωτή, καθώς ο έλεγχος και οι πιστοποιήσεις που υφίστανται για την διασφάλιση των καταναλωτών.
Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία ανάλυση της συμπεριφοράς του καταναλωτή, των παραγόντων που την επηρεάζουν καθώς και της κατάστασης που επικρατεί στην ελληνική και διεθνή αγορά των βιολογικών προϊόντων.
Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία έρευνα που αφορά το αγοραστικό ενδιαφέρον του καταναλωτή πάνω στα βιολογικά φρούτα. Πραγματοποιείται ένα ερωτηματολόγιο από το οποίο προκύπτουν χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα για όσους θέλουν να έχουν μια πιο σφαιρική γνώση της κατάστασης που έχει διαμορφωθεί στην Ελληνική αγορά για τα βιολογικά φρούτα.
