| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία μελετάει τις απόψεις των γονέων σχετικά με τους παιδαγωγούς προσχολικής ηλικίας. Η αφορμή δόθηκε όταν εντοπίσαμε την έλλειψη πληροφοριών πάνω στο θέμα αυτό. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, θα μελετήσουμε τις απόψεις των γονέων για τους παιδαγωγούς αλλά και την προσχολική αγωγή γενικότερα, καθώς και την ύπαρξη ή μη καλής συνεργασίας μεταξύ γονέων και παιδαγωγών. Επιπλέον, τα ευρήματα που θα προκύψουν από την μελέτη των παραπάνω ερωτημάτων, θα συγκριθούν ανάμεσα σε Ελλάδα και Γερμανία. Σύμφωνα λοιπόν με τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας, η δημιουργία μιας υγιούς σχέσης και η ανάπτυξη μιας καλής συνεργασίας ανάμεσα σε γονείς και παιδαγωγούς φέρει πλεονεκτήματα τόσο στους προαναφερόμενους, όσο και στο παιδί. Οι απόψεις που έχουν διαμορφώσει οι γονείς για τους παιδαγωγούς προσχολικής ηλικίας είναι ιδιαίτερα θετικές, ενώ τέλος, δεν εμφανίζονται αξιοσημείωτες διαφορές μεταξύ Ελλάδας και Γερμανίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis studies the views of parents regarding the preschool educators. The motive for conducting this research was the lack of information on this subject. More specifically, we will study the views of parents about preschool educators and preschool education in general, and whether there is good collaboration between parents and educators, or not. Moreover, the findings resulting from the study of these questions will be compared between Greece and Germany. According to the survey results, the creation of a healthy relationship and the development of a good collaboration between parents and educators bear advantages both for the former, and the child. The opinions the parents have shaped for preschool teachers are very positive, and finally, there were no significant differences between Greece and Germany. | en |
