This paper deals with the organization and processing material
(classification, subject headings, descriptive cataloging) of the library of
1st Primary School of Triandria and the record entry in automated Koha
system. Also deals with the specific tools, used for the material
organization and some information about the automated system that it
haw also been used. The process of the implementation of the library
processing of material, finally has been described from the initial state to
the final.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία ασχολείται με την οργάνωση και επεξεργασία
υλικού (Περιγραφική καταλογογράφηση, ταξινόμηση, θεματική
ευρετηρίαση ) του 1ου Δημοτικού Σχολείου Τριανδρίας Θεσσαλονίκης
καθώς και με την καταχώρηση εγγραφών στο αυτοματοποιημένο
σύστημα Koha. Αναφέρονται τα συγκεκριμένα εργαλεία που
χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την οργάνωση υλικού αλλά και κάποιες
πληροφορίες για το αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα που
χρησιμοποιήθηκε.Τέλος, περιγράφεται η διαδικασία της υλοποίησης της
βιβλιοθηκονομικής επεξεργασίας του υλικού απο την αρχική κατάσταση
μέχρι την τελική.
