The purpose of the present paper is the demonstration of various business management styles generally and specifically the demonstration of new entrepreneurship forms and how they apply in the tourism department. Tourism is maybe the most significant industrial branch of our country’s economy and is very important to invest in further development through new and innovative ways of entrepreneurship. In the first chapter we distinguish the management types and how they apply in an enterprise. The chapter is divided in three subsections, the first one is reference to management functions and how they apply in a business. In the second subsection the Likert system and it’s applications are analyzed and in the third subsection we emphasize in the Total Quality Management (TQM) and the ways it can be useful to an enterprise. The second chapter is about leadership and is divided in two subsections. The first one clarifies the differences between management and leadership, two meanings that are often confusing. The second subsection focuses in leadership, where a historical recursion is attempted, next we distinguish the various leader types and then through international and domestic bibliography is attempted to attribute the role of leader regarding the satisfaction, commitment, efficiency and anxiety. Moreover, in the third chapter is attempted an approach in the object of entrepreneurship and tourism development. The chapter is divided in two subsections. The first one is dedicated in tourism development, with emphasis in sustainable tourism development and how it is achieved with alternative forms of tourism. Last but not least, the fourth chapter is dedicated in innovation and entrepreneurship. It is divided in four subsections, of which the first one is referred to the businesses legal discrimination. The second subsection focuses in innovation and entrepreneurship in the tourism department and the third subsection analyzes the two new types of innovative entrepreneurship; SCE (Social Cooperative Enterprise) and PCC (Private Capital Company). Finally in the fourth subsection provides examples of two new forms of entrepreneurship as already applied in the tourism industry.
