The purpose of the project is the study of the meaning and the implement of the human resources management in the greek contemporary businesses . More specifically, how the attraction, the selection and the evaluation operate in this kind of field. There appears a wide analysis of the basic meanings of the human resources management and a wider historical recursion. Moreover, there appears a detailed description of the main operational manners, suck as the organization the attraction, the selections, the training procedure and the evaluation. The conducted survey depicts the way and the manner of how the greek service businesses use the human resource in the region of Thessaloniki. In addition, according to the results, it seems to proceed a comparison between the domestic and the foreign businesses. This fact creates a common prototype with the purpose of developing both the economic fab/unit and the economy as part of its wider context.
