Παθήσεις βλεφάρων και βλεφαριδών (Bachelor thesis)

The knowledge of the malanities of the eyelid and the eyelashes are extremely important for every beauty instructor, or cosmetologist, as they are related to the procedures that take place. At the beginning, various facts about the eyes and the vision are presented. Also, many common illnesses of the eye are listed. Continuing with this paper, several common diseases of the eyelid and eyelashes are presented, among with their cure and the ways to avoid them. Lastly, it is concluded whether or not the whole spectrum of the malanities of the eyelids and eyelashes are known by the cosmetologists or the common crowd.

| Abstract: | Η γνώση των παθήσεων των βλεφάρων και των βλεφαρίδων είναι πολύ σημαντική για κάθε επαγγελματία ομορφιάς, καθώς σχετίζεται άμεσα με τις επεμβάσεις αυτών στο πρόσωπο. Καταρχάς, παρουσιάζονται μερικές γενικές πληροφορίες για τους οφθαλμούς και για την όραση. Εν συνεχεία, παραθέτονται συχνές παθήσεις των ματιών. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας εργασίας, αναλύονται οι συχνότερες παθήσεις των βλεφάρων και των βλεφαρίδων, μαζί με σχετικές εικόνες, ενώ παρουσιάζονται και οι θεραπείες αυτών. Στο τέλος της εργασίας, συμπεραίνεται το αν και κατά πόσο γνωρίζεται το όλο φάσμα των παθήσεων και των μολύνσεων από τους αισθητικούς, καθώς επίσης και από τον κοινό πληθυσμό.
