One of the fundamental and inalienable right of every human being is the right to education. It’s a right that is considered as is granted to all, without exception, and it has to be provided respectfully to language, origin, race, nationality, ideology, religion, social class and any other element of peculiarity and diversity among people. "Intercultural" or “multicultural” education aims to provide education to all people without exception, enabling them to develop the necessary skills and to offer them the perspectives that will allow them to function as social members and later as adult citizens. These principles also include 'inclusive' for all children, involving all children in 'one school for all', where all pupils will be trained in the same school by participating equally and by breaking down stereotypes and racist perceptions; for years, children with disabilities and special educational needs were kept separate from classrooms. This study reviews the developments and the possibilities of implementing intercultural education and inclusive education in the modern world and specifically in Greece. It monitors developments and analyzes the characteristics of “intercultural” education and “inclusion” in relation to the possibilities and obstacles presented in the Greek educational system for their implementationthrough the method of content study. The conclusions of the study show the need for major changes and reforms in the Greek educational system, with special infrastructures and educational material tailored to the needs of all children, with specialists and scientific staff, but especially the need for major changes in perceptions, mentality, stereotypes and multicultural perception of the contemporary Greek society. These changes will take time and really inspired teachers, parents and executives in Greek schools and of course students who each will coexist with each of his classmates with equality and acceptance and with recognition of his individuality and personal development for each other
