Τhe purpose of this survey is to study and explore the attitudes and views of Primary Education for School Leadership in the Greek School, as well as whether it is able to contribute to the inclusion of children in school. For this purpose, a quantitative survey was carried out on a sample of 100 teachers using an appropriate questionnaire. The results of the survey revealed that the school leaders are following a leadership driven both by the principles of transformational leadership and by the principles of distributed or participatory Leadership as it has been observed that directors are willing to change views and attitudes, guide the organization through the necessary changes to achieve its goals. Likewise, teachers also want school managers to follow a leadership that is driven both by the principles of transformational leadership and by the principles of participative leadership. In addition, the results have shown that school managers contribute greatly to the inclusion of children with special learning needs. Finally, it was observed that features that are consistent with the principles of transformational and participative leadership are positively related to the director's strategies that enhance the inclusion
