Travel agency activity has undergone significant changes in the last two decades. The days when there were no official travel agents to help travelers visit places of interest have passed. The travel agency is a link between customers, that is to say, the traveler and the main suppliers, ie the primary service providers such as wholesalers, hotels, airlines, etc. It is the first stop for anyone considering a trip to a tourist destination in order to make travel arrangements. The primary job of a travel agency is to provide easy and trouble-free trips to the traveler. It is also important for a travel agent to provide sufficient information to the tourist so that the tourist will not be deceived during his trip and have a trouble-free trip. The operation of each travel agency is based on the scope of its activities and its organizational size. The travel agency's operating system varies from unit to unit and depends to a large extent on the size and type of business it represents. The basic organizational system remains virtually the same in all cases. A travel agency manages the commissions it has received for the provision of travel and travel services to its customers. The profitability of the organization will depend on how much the above commissions are transferred to the customer. Due to the very stiff competition nowadays, travel agencies have to get involved with a significant portion of the commission earned, and so the profit margin is very small.
