| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι η κατανόηση της σημασίας που έχει η ελιά και το λάδι στη διατροφή μας, στον πολιτισμό και στη ζωή μας πιο συγκεκριμένα στο νησί της Λέσβου όπου η καλλιέργεια και παραγωγή ελαιολάδου είναι από τις πρώτες επαγγελματικές ασχολίες των κατοίκων από τα αρχαία χρόνια και συνεχίζεται έως σήμερα. Γίνεται παραδειγματική αναφορά στους δρόμους του κρασιού για να γίνουν αντιληπτά τα όμοια σημεία που υπάρχουν μεταξύ των δύο πολύτιμων στοιχείων (ελιά και κρασί) και για να καθορισθεί η θέση και η σημασία που έχει ή θα έπρεπε να έχει ελιά. Αρχικά στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στη Λέσβο. Μαθαίνουμε την ιστορία της στοιχεία μέσα στους αιώνες και την κυριότερη απασχόληση των κατοίκων της με την παραγωγή και την συγκομιδή του ελαιόκαρπου. Ακολουθεί η εννοιολογική προσέγγιση και ανάλυση της ελιάς. Έπειτα στο επόμενο μέρος γίνεται αναδρομή στο κρασί γενικότερα στην Ελλάδα αλλά και στη Λέσβο και στην εναλλακτική μορφή που έχει δημιουργηθεί τους λεγόμενους ‘δρόμοι του κρασιού’. Και τέλος, μας απασχολεί πως θα μπορούσε η ελιά να είναι μια καλή πρακτική σαν το κρασί για να αποτελέσει κίνητρο για μετακινήσεις με σκοπό τη γνωριμία μαζί του, για να αναπτυχθεί, να βελτιστοποιηθεί, να ιχνηλατήσει, να αναδειχτούν οι περιοχές φυσικού κάλλους, για την ταυτοποίηση των προϊόντων ελιάς και ελαιόλαδου και των μεθόδων παραγωγής τους, για να αναδείξουν και να βελτιώσουν την διατροφική αξία των ίδιων των προϊόντων, ταυτόχρονα με την καλύτερη κατανόηση της σχέσης τους με την ανθρώπινη υγεία, ευεξία, μακροζωία μέσα από την φύση. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this work is to understand the importance of olive and olive oil in our diet, culture and life especially on the island of Lesvos where the cultivation and production of olive oil is among the first professional occupations of the inhabitants since ancient times and is still ongoing. An example of the wine roads is to make an impression on the similarities between the two valuable elements (olive and wine) and to determine the position and importance of olive trees. Initially the first part refers to Lesvos. We learn its history through the centuries and the main occupation of its inhabitants by producing and harvesting the olives. Below is the conceptual approach and analysis of the olive tree. Then the next part is a retrospective of wine in Greece, but also in Lesvos and in the alternative form that has been created the so-called 'wine roads'. And finally, we care about how the olive could be a good wine-like practice to be an incentive to travel with a view to becoming acquainted with it, in order to develop, optimize, trace, identify areas of natural beauty, identification of olive and olive oil products and their production methods to highlight and improve the nutritional value of the products themselves, at the same time as a better understanding of their relation to human health, well-being and longevity through nature. | en |
