Education is a predominant need and a primary structure in every organized society. In order for it to work efficiently and yield its fruits, proper organization is required. Within this framework, Total Quality Management (IBO) finds utility and implementation, since the human factor is the summit of the forces to achieve qualitative results at all stages of the educational process. On the basis of these, the concept of quality, its enlargement from the economy to education, the presentation of national and international approaches to quality in education, the implementation of the IGI in education and the human factor as a component of quality and the development process through the introduction of quality models such as EFQM's European Model of Administrative Excellence. All the above are realized through the exploration of the views of secondary education teachers on the qualitative characteristics that they have and need to have, so that the human potential becomes a factor of quality and production of a quality educational project, such as EFQM's European Model of Administrative Excellence it is projected.
