Nowadays, the development of emotional intelligence skills is an important

human resources. As work becomes more complex and requires cooperation,
businesses where people work in a harmonious relationship have a competitive
advantage. All elements that make up a tourist business, most importantly, excellent
service provision is what is most likely influenced by the mood and furthermore by
the open links of the limbic brain system. In the field of hotel management and
especially in the human resources training which does not concern just a knowledge,
but a knowledge that does activate the spirit, all emotional abilities become more and
more essential for the supremacy of each job position with the main emphasis on flexibility, teamwork and the customer orientation. The appropriate training on hotel
human resources is the key to success for the emotional intelligence development as
well as the development of team culture within its interior environment. People’s
