Παρακολούθηση νεογνών μετά από νοσηλεία στη ΜΕΝΝ (Bachelor thesis)

In this thesis will be presented follow-up of all those infants who have been hospitalized in the intensive care unit of neonates. Follow-up can be done either in the hospital or in home visits. Both visits and care of infants is done by a wide range of care and health staff (midwives, neonatologists , pediatricians, etc.) or their cooperation. It may also involve a short period of time (from exit from NCIU to 24 hours later) or long-term (up to the age of 18). Goals of this thesis is the normal outcome of NICU infants, prevention of various pathologies, prognosis of subsequent similar disease progression and response to them. Still, health staff should look at
some of the parameters to contribute to these goals. Data and review reports were obtained from international and global web sources in the form of books, articles, and online publications. Taking into account all the data and the information of the thesis, we will help both the parents and the health staff to contribute as well as possible to a more normal course of the newborn. In conclusion, the most collective care and cooperation by health staff helps the infant progressively develop into a healthier adult.

| Abstract: | Στην συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία θα παρουσιαστεί η παρακολούθηση (followup) όλων εκείνων των νεογνών όπου έχουν νοσηλευτεί στην μονάδα εντατικής νοσηλείας των νεογνών. Η παρακολούθηση μπορεί να γίνεται είτε στο νοσοκομείο είτε από κατ’οίκον επισκέψεις. Οι επισκέψεις και γενικότερα η φροντίδα των βρεφών γίνεται από ένα ευρύ προσωπικό φροντίδας και υγείας (μαία , νεογνολόγο , παιδινευρολογο κ.λ.π.) ή συνεργασίας αυτών. Επίσης μπορεί να αφορά σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα (από έξοδο από ΜΕΝΝ μέχρι 24 ωρες αργότερα) ή σε μακροχρόνιο (μέχρι την ηλικία των 18 ετών). Στόχοι της συγκεκριμένης πτυχιακής είναι η φυσιολογική έκβαση των νεογνών της ΜΕΝΝ ,η πρόληψη διαφόρων παθολογικών καταστάσεων ,πρόγνωση της μετέπειτα εξέλιξης της ανάλογης πάθησης και η αντιμετώπιση της. Ακόμη το προσωπικό υγείας θα πρέπει να εξετάζει κάποιες παραμέτρους για να συμβάλλει στους στόχους αυτούς. Τα δεδομένα και οι αναφορές ανασκόπησης λήφθηκαν από πηγές διεθνούς και παγκοσμίου ιστού σε μορφή βιβλίων, άρθρων και ηλεκτρονικών δημοσιεύσεων Εφόσον θα ληφθούν υπόψη όλα τα δεδομένα και οι πληροφορίες της πτυχιακής θα βοηθηθούν τόσο οι γονείς όσο και το προσωπικό υγείας να συνεισφέρει όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα και να υπάρξει μια πιο φυσιολογική πορεία του νεογνού. Εν κατακλείδι η πιο συλλογική φροντίδα και η συνεργασία από το προσωπικό υγείας βοήθα το βρέφος να αναπτύσσεται προοδευτικά σε ένα υγιέστερο ενήλικα.
